This is an economical and simple solution to convey crops and grouts. The conveyors can be extended as far as maximum 12 m and can be operated different angles and directions. They have variable use due to their several accessories. These conveyors are ideal for charging and recharging, conveying material in milling-mixing plants and loading drillers. They have galvanized build-up therefore they can work for a long time.

The capacity is in the case of cleaned barley with 15% humidity. Over 21% humidity the capacity reduces with 25%. The capacity depends on the size, the cleanness, the humidity, the angle of conveying and the regularity of operation. If the auger conveys ground material, it is assembled with special V-belt. In the case of conveying flour the one-third of the data is valid.

The augers can be assembled with grated or open end, and a V-belt or a motor with a gear. By using a gear driving, the capacity of conveying can be reduced. The intermediate inlet and outlet are provided by a capacity control. By using intermediate outlet, bagging can be possible in addition to filling the tank. Every auger is set up with strong bearing at the end or, if it is needed, intermediate bearing. Specially, these machineries are assembled with a spiral without a shaft. Therefore conveying material is gentle, the delivered material does not break. It is important if it is a granulated product or pellet.
