Dryers

Mobil dryers can be ordered with one or two burner jets depending on the capacity. All the burner jets are assembled with safety detector. Our dryers are made of perforated stainless steel and the structure of the framework is made of galvanized or painted steel. The differently perforated side plates can be changed therefore rape can be dry with this dryer.

The whole drying process is controlled by a PLC control unit. The drying and cooling processes can be calibrated according to the feature and water content of the grain. Thanks to the special forming, the aprons turn the grain moreover the hot air dissipates steadily in the drying space therefore the grain dries steadily avoiding the break of the corns. After the drying the remained contamination and dust can be removed through the cleanout door. The incidental failure can be prevented through this door.

The continuous and steady flow of the grain is provided by a loading and an uploading auger and a charger with a cell. The mobile dryers can be framed into each other therefore the drying capacity is higher. The machineries are assembled with temperature sensor therefore the temperature of the drying can be calibrated, controlled. By using an adapter silo, the dryer can be given the crops directly.
